What is The Healing Code about?

Most illness stems from a single source: the chronic stress locked in your body from old emotional wounds that were never healed. The Healing Code offers a six-minute practice that targets this root cause, whether you're struggling with depression, disease, or self-sabotage. It's not a new medicine or therapy—it's learning to speak your body's language and letting your immune system do what it's been trying to do for decades.

Key ideas of The Healing Code

  1. Stress as the Root of Illness

Nearly all physical and emotional problems trace back to chronic physiological stress caused by unhealed emotional wounds stored in the body.

  2. Cellular Memory and False Beliefs

Old experiences encoded as unconscious cellular memories generate harmful beliefs that keep the body in a defensive state and block natural healing.

  3. The Six-Minute Healing Practice

A structured exercise targeting four points on the body is designed to neutralize destructive memory patterns and allow the immune system to restore itself.

The Healing Code — Summary

In an airport waiting room, three thousand miles from home, a man's phone rang. It was his wife, sunk so deep into a pit that her voice was barely audible. The man was helpless. For twelve years he had searched for a cure for her severe depression. Psychologists, medication, vitamins, therapies, tens of thousands of dollars. Nothing. One night he had woken to her screaming and found her sitting in blood on the bed: in her sleep she had clawed her own legs open with her fingernails, while on antidepressants. And now here he stood at the airport, the phone in his hand, with nothing he could do.

Then he started to pray. And something happened that he himself could not explain. It was as if an image, a whole blueprint, surfaced in his mind, fully formed. He wrote it down so fast his hand cramped. He got home, his wife tried what he had jotted down, and forty-five minutes later, for the first time in her life, the grip of the depression eased. It came back, of course, but after three weeks of daily practice it was gone for good. Five years later the woman legally changed her name to Hope.

This book is about what that blueprint was. Dr. Alexander Loyd and Dr. Ben Johnson argue that nearly all of our troubles, from physical illness to broken relationships, share a single root: the stress we carry inside us, fed by old, unhealed emotional wounds. And that there is a six-minute exercise you can use to address that root. Over the following pages we will walk through why the body falls ill from the soul, how decades-old injuries get stored inside us, and what you can start doing about them tomorrow morning.

Who is it for?

About the author: Alexander Loyd és Ben Johnson

Dr. Alexander Loyd holds doctorates in both psychology and naturopathic medicine. He developed The Healing Code system after what he describes as a sudden insight during a prayer, which he then used to help his wife recover from severe, long-term depression. He has since worked with thousands of clients worldwide and teaches the method through books, seminars, and online programs.

Dr. Ben Johnson, who co-authored this book, is a medical doctor who became a practitioner of the method after attributing his own recovery from ALS to it. He ran a cancer clinic before turning his focus to what he and Loyd call energy medicine.
